Reiki is a gentle, relaxing, safe and beneficial holistic therapy to receive. Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key), means Universal Life Energy and was rediscovered in Japan by Dr Usui. It is the Usui method of Reiki that I myself have been taught and below you will find an explanation of what to expect during a Reiki treatment. As the Client, you will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment, whilst the Practitioner works on the body's energy points (which are also known as Chakras). The treatment involves the laying on of hands but is not intrusive in any way. By the Practitioner working on these energy points, the energy is drawn and not sent and enables negative blockages to be cleared away and for the body to be re-balanced. More often than not, as the Client you may feel completely relaxed, energised or de-stressed. Regarding medical ailments, Reiki can also be used in order to help speed up the healing process and is very effective in helping to alleviate the symptoms of headaches, asthma, sinus problems, anxiety and depression, to name but a few examples. Also, Croydon, Essex, Surrey and Sussex. *Prices remain the same for mobile treatments in Croydon and within the London area. However, for areas outside London e.g. **Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Essex and Sussex the following prices will be in place to cover petrol costs. **£40 for a 30 minute treatment

The idea for Eastern Holistic began shortly before I graduated as Reiki Master back in June, 2008. I decided to call the Company Eastern Holistic because Reiki was rediscovered in Japan and because I was living in East London at the time. I thought the name brought about the feeling of peace and well-being and so after I graduated, 'Eastern Holistic' was born! My name is Lyn Rajah and I first learnt to study Reiki back in 2001 under Reiki teacher and Master Angie Litvinoff. After this first meeting, I felt inspired to continue my training. I have learnt Reiki Levels I, II and Advanced Practitioner Level and in June, 2008 I graduated as a Reiki Master and I still feel a thirst for knowledge to one day teach Reiki and educate people on the benefits of this wonderful holistic treatment. Over the years, I have also attended many Reiki exchanges run by Angie Litvinoff and Trish Whelan, where fellow Practitioners and I have exchanged treatments. I have also given Reiki treatments at Charity events e.g. most recently, at The Special Yoga Centre, in Queen's Park, West London. I am currently offering Reiki treatments from Coppergate House (both during the day and evening too, up until 9pm). At all other times, I offer mobile treatments to Clients. (Please see prices category for further details). Coppergate House is conveniently located 2 minutes from Liverpool Street tube and overground station and Spitalfields Market and is also closeby to the new East London overground link which links South-East London with East London. Buses 133, 149, 242, 8 and 26 and black taxis also stop nearby For your reassurance, I am fully qualified and fully insured.
